Welcome, Catherine! Having worked with us on change engagements for almost 10 years, saying ‘welcome’ to Catherine Dickson doesn’t feel right! However, this time, we’re thrilled to have her joining our core team, as an Associate Director, based in Sydney.

Cath has led a number of business transformations, technology projects, etc. – for a range of clients - and brings broad talents, right across the change spectrum.

(And, despite 20 years in the change game, dealing with every kind of change challenge, we’re yet to see Cath lose her cool!)
